and yet when i look at the contents they are on the memory card though the camera wouldn't load them. i select some and they finally appear. technology may have no application to the spirit world or a profound one, who knows, but the way things disappear and reappear gives pause to reflect on the notion of the spirit never dying and everything turning and returning perpetually. wolfgang's dad says that everything goes in cycles, therefore this is just another cycle. i think therein lies the danger of the status quo, just waiting for the cycle to change what we can't. the danger in that thinking is even if we cause the cataclysms we must wait until the next cycle to begin. most people don't see to believe in extinction, only progress and historical cycles. meanwhile this cycle is blatantly different than any boom and bust of our sorry history.
