i'm so glad i can bring some things home from our walks, as i can't see them fully in passing. this sculpture has a robin's egg and a golf ball in a kind of nest kind of basketball hoop thing on top of a platform like for birds in a sanctuary, and i thought afterwards, that has to be a sculptural commentary on obomba and the obomba foundation building a golf course and a giant tower in the nature sanctuary. then we saw the limited income housing across from where obomba's crew was ordered to stop construction of a new playing field and the signs read, we trust obomba, and i'm thinking, why does that sound strange, of course you trust obomba, why would you not? he's the man, and you have no choice! and i read it like , in god we trust (and pray we don't get evicted).
