flip phone apple. mister did a perfect flip and catch which i got yesterday i'll show ya. i forgot my camera and leash today. a security guard smiled anxiously and said can you get him. we went to the dental clinic and looked in intently appealing but no bones. i lured him around the block with the red apple. he was moving beautifully so we went around again and this time the dental clinician held up a finger and came with a whole biscuit for mister and he was thrilled and wanted to eat the whole bowl she set down and i had to push him out of the entryway. 
i may have turned a corner in my skin. i know i said that before and then felt totally stymied a while later. this thing has waves and troughs. has it's own weather. don't forget to breathe r. says, breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out. breath is crucial, yes, thanks. but today i feel like the cold is manageable and the tinea too. i have to ride this body out.

i was thinking on the walk about the relationship of the individual body to the body politic and that it would be no surprise if the body and mind together would manufacture crises like the country does, not consciously of course, unconsciously. i thought of the relation of sickness and health, how the body gets filled with toxins, then it becomes critical, the sickness comes to rid the body of toxins, whether fungal, or chemical, or political.
