really talking about stuff helps. sometimes you don't know what you feel until you talk about it. it may be as simple as putting what's inside outside, in the air. maybe some of the anxiety dissipates in light and air, even in rain. even if the air is compromised. you know how you feel when the rain ends and the air is charged with ions and the earth smells rise and the clean trees breathe and you feel everything that breathes breathe with you? that's what i want. that's i'm talkin' about.
