dig, if r. can train me, i can train lu. i had my first training today, and i see that positive reinforcement works like a charm. i've always done it, though not with treats, and i have also said no too often, and gotten exasperated. i want to say yes. today, despite my lack of sleep, was much calmer with lulu. she responded to r. beautifully. she's a really smart kid. she wants to play, explore, investigate stuff and learn along the way. 
my learning today was that instinct and intuition can also learn. allowing that i still can learn is a blessing.
