there's a lot of damage done, but life is beautiful. today i paid the utilities on my studio and renewed my phone and got four books and two movies from the library and walked two dogs and got a dollar bag of kale and cuties and leeks, and six long fyffes bananas. i reckon i'll get the vaccine soon—ish. til then i'll play safe like i have been. really this is not a cheap slogan—life really is beautiful—i don't understand what's going on but i'm grateful and i'll be glad to stick around and ponder what it means for a while.
