rather than reform the police they criminalize the protest that put the pressure on to remove the murderer chauvin from his career of terrorizing the streets of minneapolis. the rogue system wants to continue to undermine democracy and terrorize people with impunity.

To let one cop, albeit a racist and violent one, be the scapegoat for a systemic set of problems is to deny the systemic nature of those very problems.
