try this, look forward, just note what is in the air, and what has not landed, then turn your head and your hips left and look behind, note what is happening there, then come back to look forward, then turn your head and hips to the right. come back to center. how do you feel?

i felt comfort, and when resmaa asked krista, she said the same thing.
