no matter what happens in this trial it will be plain that the fraternal order of police is against the communities they speciously claim to serve, and they will continue their actual mandate to kill for the state. it's plain that they have no conscience and will maintain the status quo with the techniques and tactics of terror they're taught. it's also plain to see that even if there is no justice the system on trial here is guilty of murder in the first degree and the people will not be subdued and there will be no law and order, and as long as they kill and oppress there will be no peace, and we'll continue to protest and live in abject fear.

but this one trial of the specific murderer chauvin is heartbreaking to witness, and whatever the outcome it should be shown in elementary school on up, year after year, until it becomes an old story of the dark epoch of human depravity, heartlessness, war, and omnicidal greed.
