it's coming along, big marsh. it's got a ways to go, big marsh. but we're with big marsh, it's our urban industrial post industrial post nature nature. industry isn't gone yet, but it's not right here. and the edge road is a drag strip, and there's a train running through it, and a giant burial mound of garbage that will be off-gassing for centuries. but we see deer and coyote, terns, herons, hawks, pelicans, frogs, snakes and other critters and if pelicans can deal with it for a rest stop what's not to like.
