we saw a police s.u.v. parked by the midway trash bin where we toss our poop. as a deterrent to another shooting where the last shooting occurred? maybe they can just leave an empty vehicle with a scarecrow at the wheel like they do to deter speeders or would be shooters at the high school. but they'd have to leave them everywhere there was a shooting. then the cops would have to walk and maybe do community policing like the old days.
