there's so much sick stuff going on and it get's in your gut even when you don't think about america the despicable stuff permeates in mysterious ways there's no protection you can't keep it out just eat as well as you can and try to flush out the sick. i didn't think about all the despicable and deadly acts of america today after democracy now i just did what i have to do for my dogs and my sanity and tried not to be insane for all our sakes and it went pretty well.
