do androids dream of electric sheep? is the one book, one chicago book this time, so i decided today i'll finally read it. i have the library of america philip k. dick, but those pages are so thin. and i like the idea of a whole city reading the same paperback, if it's not a stupid book. i just watched the final ultimate definitive director's version of blade runner. 
they could have waited til 2021 when the story is set, but hell, who knows what will happen by then.
plus, dick was born in chicago.
