comet had to wear the cowbell of shame today for losing his ball. after this all was right with us and i consoled him for his loss and assured him i was no longer upset and realized it was his loss, and unintentional, and really there is no shame in losing your balls, it's part of the experience, it happens all the time, balls roll, balls hide, balls wander, and sometimes we find them again in the great lost and found of life.
