i was just trying to say it seems the kids were coached and it looked something like a rock the vote rally. i know they were passionate and articulate, but contained as well. it was a good start, but the system is so corrupted. if they got the former ban reinstated on the the military assault rifle, we would still be a massive, and massively corrupt, gun culture and war culture. i know, you have to start somewhere, say back where we were when the ban was still in place, and we had some environmental regulation, etc. yet why can't we also talk about the jrotc, which trains kids to kill. why can't we talk about one specific thing like kids too young to vote being able to buy a military assault rifle at walmart for 13o bucks who have coincidentally been going to schools where the jrotc teaches them to kill with the same rifle. it may seem too vast, but why can't we even talk about the culture of war when we talk about guns. is it too vast, or are we just too resigned to a sick manufactured reality.
