i was watching joseph campbell talk about dragons. the european mythology was all about slaying the dragon. the dragon had the beautiful virgin and all the treasure and you had to get that shit. the chinese dragon you had to dance with, it was you, by dancing with your own dragon you got your own mojo going and you could dance in the midst of the carnage of the world. the dragon was your power. 
now we got dragons too in the system, the merchants of war and destruction of nature, and the menace of swarming technology, the behemoth of control. and we still have our own small dragon crying inside for freedom.
