i got the itch in the saddle my sole, but i believe it is a new itch, a healing itch. it's the crack mending, the new skin asserting itself. there is nothing like healing.  it makes a body feel so good to heal. to feel like a kid. say hey, my skin can heal itself! with a little help. got to be patient, got to take care, got to allow yourself help.
