a lot gets lost on the way. bernie was lost or abandoned in colorado i think. the first time we met he barked and was scared but now he's part of the community and grateful. it's only temporary. he's on his way to washington, d.c. politics is a hard sad business. a lot gets lost, people hurt and abandoned. but we're here now to tell the story with heart.
