i was reading about witness trees, thinking about what they witnessed, including their own cutting. i bumped on tyranny the graphic version from my library queue and added the book witness tree. printed on tree pulp. we could be using hemp! as it warms up trees grow faster and die younger. they witness time speeding up and the tree hugger come with circular blade wider than their circumference. some powerful people make the decisions who can stay in the community and live and who will be cut and repurposed for the narrower good. we have to be witness for the witness trees.
