then lu went running along the fence to the tall stump where we put the skull last time. she always remembers where things were and always goes back to check. she goes all the time to see the rock collection i put under the old mulberry tree. but the skull wasn't there. i looked around and way on top i saw this bone but i couldn't find the skull, it was too high for me to see. there was a pile of firewood i stood on and slipped backward into the neighbor tree who caught me. so i gave her this bone and she ran and tossed it around and wanted to take it home but i tossed it in the snow and said we'll come back for it, or something better. the great thing is you can always find something cool with lulu.
