i had a dream this morning where i was changing a bandage on r.'s foot and suddenly it was gushing. i thought how can i put a bandage on that and woke up. it seems like a combination of two wounds. 

my horoscope was on breaking down fear, but i put winnowing down fear with that, there are different things to do with fear, it doesn't need to be overwhelming, it needs to be something you can use to move on through this fearsome world. from fear can come joy and strength. you can calm fear like an animal that becomes a pet and still stays an animal. fear is a teacher.
