these five objects i found on the beach. there are so many more, and it feels right just to select a few and relieve them from the amorphous mass. i think of the pieces and particles of our production floating in the waters of the world and onto all the beaches. i get sad thinking of the particles in the birds and fishes and in us. i feel this whole earth gasping, yearning to be free and clean.
