Piemonte announces run for 5th Ward Alderman

“We will not see any gains in our neighborhoods if we do not act now,” Piemonte said. “We need a fighter, for our families who are struggling and for our whole ward when it comes to making deals with wealthy and powerful people.”
He said, “I will fight that fight. I will be that voice.” 


-this is the first time i have ever had a friend in an election, and an election that is more allied with my feelings about place, and the spirit of this place i have migrated to after a long and often puzzling journey through the changing neighborhoods of this city.
