i just gave advice on photography to gus the dog. i said tell gus, just go by instinct. photographs are intuitions. nobody knows gus like gus. then i was telling r. that gus and ann were going on a trip to the desert and gus wanted to make photographs. gus the dog?, r. asked. oh, man, i put gus for henry, the boy! gus is staying with me. so i wrote back,

ohmg, i just put gus for henry! so tired! haha. i been getting up too early.

in fact, maybe that advice was for gus. but it applies equally to henry.
