beyond the collapse.
we think a lot about collapse nowadays even when we play and swim and sleep and dream because it's going on during all these. we feel it. oh yeah. it's in everything. we're in it deep. we remind ourselves to love the dog in each moment and each other. we keep us alive.

beyond the collapse happens to be a blog too, of the moment, play by play, about the world  of collapse. it's by james block. it doesn't have any pictures (yet) but it has integrity and heart.

other dug readings:
1. rescuing penny jane, a sweet read about a shelter volunteer and her quest to find every dog a home. by amy sutherland

2. still dipping into freedom from the known.

3. the quarry fox and other critters. (arriving today).

4. thinking anticipating the first john ashbery biography. i mentioned this a.m. to a friend after saying i meant to read

5. democracy in chains, about some buchanon dude, the death spirit of capitalism,
and she said isn't ashbery one of them too? no, he's the poet. (thank dog).

p.s. i think these architects of destruction in power will do as much killing as they possibly can, they are after our collapse, after all, but they won't accomplish total destruction of life or freedom or even democracy. they can't enslave or kill us all. look at how they've tried. the natives in the disunited states, the palestinians, the afghans, iraqis, and on and on. they just can't erase us.
