bless you susan, this morning practice was beautiful. i teared up with you. this series resonates in my heart. my cat olive sat with me grooming herself and then licking the face of the octopus on the secrets of the octopus book i just finished. now she sits with her cheek resting on the lens of my camera. ah, bless and thank you. i am so glad we are in this together.

we're in a dream-starved world. we need to dream, and soften toward ourselves, and we dream on behalf of others, and the natural world. so we are on a continuum. these tears are connected to inexplicable joy. there's a version of the heart sutra that is zero lines long, it's one word—ah.
