thank you honey girl olive. i woke to scoop her poop at 4:30. she milled around a while and then settled by my head until 7:47. i feel a bottomless sorrow about this country. it's cruel. it kills for a living. it's brazenly genocidal. it's not a recent thing, it's been so since the beginning. but no one with a brain in their head can call this a democracy anymore. that was propaganda, while the rulers committed horrors around the world and here in the forsaken country. but i digress. thank you olive for laying by side as i write this post.
