i just want to say one more thing: i walked in this spot, and i was texting, oblivious, and i stumbled upon the bees making a space in a square log for the winter, and i was stung by one, and it hurt, for a few days, but i was ok, and it was my inattention that got the stinger. then they put up the warning cones, and the caution tape, and then they sprayed the bees to death, for doing what bees do, after having been invited into the garden, which was poisoned by the yard crew, (inadvertently). sure, some people might die from a bee sting, and they should take care, and use their natural awareness, which is compromised these days by our technologies. but let it go, for these bees have died.
