i'm still getting stuck on luxury, because i keep thinking about peace. somebody said it's just stupid, but it does make you think, why is peace a luxury? i guess peace is a luxury in a country that exports endless war. but then luxury is something expensive which is pleasant to have but not necessary. i'd say peace is necessary, and luxury is not even pleasant if the price is peace. war for peace, that's a luxury.

while i was contemplating on peace and luxury somebody sent a text about the friedman text. i asked which piece, my heart dipping. they said the piece about the israel-palestine"mess". well i dipped into that mess, and it's just imperial propaganda. as long as israel occupies palestine there will be no peace.
