the fairy village blanketed by leaves. this is where i last saw joe, the man who threatened to throttle me with a wire. there's a liminal area where people go beyond themselves, and we do well to be aware that it could happen at any time anywhere in the neighborhood and still see the fairy village in the leaves and wonder like a child of nature.
