i dropped the rent off and went swimming for the first time since the last time when i was love mauled by bear and my spine got cranky. oh it was cold alright and it felt good after a bit and i did some water ballet sort of. i got out and got dressed and turned my face to the sun and i didn't go spasmodic but my lens did shiver.
