i think about scale a lot. i made pictures that people said look like landscapes viewed from the sky but they were tiny patches of ground. scale does funny things without our will. but people do funny things with landscapes, and not only pictures. somebody tweeted that my pictures distort the obamachron, but it's not my pictures that distort the obamachron, it's the obamachron that distorts the park.
