olmsted's park was a gift to the city. obama's park is a grift. obamaland is a wasted park, an engine of displacement, a stolen land—a grifter's paradise. 

virtual groundbreakings? the ground is broken. this is manifest. the trees are gone, the building is happening every day. 

the lawsuit is apparently moot, in the purgatory of the shadow docket. i wonder at what point this will be conceded. the legal process was a sham.

the crime was committed by law. money and power control the land.
