i was up again last night til after one. i've always had a sensitive gut, but the present unreality and anxiety exacerbate it. the obamalandgrab acts like an invasive unhealthy bacteria. it's requiring more than acidopilus/probiotics, apple cider vinegar and baking soda. it's requiring my soul to find equipoise in a deteriorating environment ever out of balance and on the verge of collapse. it may be something like learning how to fall with grace.
