aiko was afraid at the gate greeted by a fierce little bear. i wonder if she thinks of her as a rival for the affection of the boys. or a couple days away and the group seals behind you? so i shooed bear away and gave aiko a hug and she gave me a nuzzle and then she was allowed back to join in the general antics of the pod.
