i'm trine to know what stop buffing means. so far i thought first it was about buffering the stream on the wi fi which happens a lot on democracy now for example but also zoom and idle know why dude would graffiti that, like who that's responsible for buffing the streaming would read a graffito and say oh, ok, i'll stop doing that, all you had to do was say, anonymous stranger, have it your way, far be it from me to buff you if you gone protest.
but then i see the urban dictionary says it's about what we boomers call giving head. but why dude wants that stopped god knows. so as per usual when i look at the world wide web trine to learn something i get too much information and left wondering. i s'pose the kid size mattress may be a clue, but the next panel says, new mural coming! and it's least a decade old, so maybe it's all a big joke.
