is chaos the language of collapse?

for the ride is hard to read but it's trying to figure something out and it's language in the extinction, trying figure out if chaos is a language we can listen to and understand and even learn to speak, or is it mute, or gutteral sound, grunts and ohs, is it like humans getting finished with civil language and making sounds of pleasure and pain or leftovers from the old language now the language of collapse we need to describe the feeling inside of collapse.
i think i'm getting there, i think i'm getting that it's one's language, that must be individual. there are no collective words for this what is happening yet, only tags and fleeting immediated outdated memes.
