the government continues to sabotage the country. 

i was awake at five and then slept until 8:20 my head feels zapped by electric storms.
a fresh thunderstorm just started. the water was even higher in the little harbor and the tunnel under the highway. there may be no political solution to anything. what does inexorable mean. the water is rising. some plans will be submersed and some superfund sites and fracking reservoirs will become bodies of water merging everywhere. we are most definitely a superpower in chaos and the center is collapsed. 
just before waking finally i dreamed i was in the park with a kid climbing a big hill. i was helping the kid climb and preventing the kid falling and i was looking up and lowering my head framing the hill so that the mac vortex tower in the background was hidden. there were two antennae sticking up from the top of the hill and something tall yet small moving tentatively but purposely toward the edge. a man in a green plaid overcoat and glasses and a a hunter green porkpie hat stepped off the edge and he held himself standing in space waving his hands slightly at his sides falling upright out of my sight. i was grateful in the dream i couldn't see him land.
