howling prowling 2am. now we're all awake, all we are, prowling, howling inside. outside the wind howling prowling the window panes the wind. we are all howling pain howling and prowling inside and out. the cats sit on the rug beside the bed as i type touch noses silent now the wind beyond sounding pain. it's not enough to be awake, if we are in pain, we must howl. but how, i don't know, there is no comforting for this we know we don't know what this that must we will survive.
up cat. sometimes we just need to wake someone to hear our pain and then we can rest while they read and continue to watch in the night in the morning before morning comes.
