two kids make a bridge.

yeah, we make a bridge every day, the same bridge everyday, like a spider's web, resilient and renewed, a bridge that spans time.

whelp kids, my old olympus camera is officially dead. they say my warranty is void cuz i damaged the port. say la v. i dint hold out hope really, things just have their lifespan, and we don't any of us have a guaranteed life, we could go at any time, or not, things last mysteriously as well as disappear. technology is human too, there is no insurance, no warranty no guarantee, especially in magaga gain land.
i got a lot of pictures out of that olympus though. it's like some people die young but they live more than others who last long, my camera saw so much with me in it's brief 11 months of life. and olympus will restore it for some other kid to buy cheap and it won't be part of my small mountain landfill of used up artifacts of vision.
thanks to r. for trying (and helping my perspective). i even love my little cheap flip phone, eccentric lil bug that it be. i could have a fancy camera and it could last less time. it will make a nice simple bridge until the next camera comes across.
