i'm not sure what i feel about the film norman. they say everyone has a little norman and in the sense of wanting to be part of something bigger than yourself and your mundane life i feel that yeah, but this norman was strange, i could not figure him out. he was creepy but also seemed like a good guy. it was like he had to act like a con artist because that's how the world works, but his con was he really wanted to connect, himself and everyone, but the jewish thing, i don't know, man if there was a prime minister like that, what a fantasy, who says he would compromise with everyone for peace! what a great fantasy, but then norman has to suicide in the end, the ultimate sacrifice? and we believe he was like a christ of the modern world bringing peace through death? not happening.
