welp, my feet are a little better. my hands were sparkling with electric pulses of tiny lightning last night. my arms are rosy but not the dark rose of before. my skin takes moisture like desert where water vanishes like a mirage leaving cracks to indicate there was once the water of life here. i'm going on four walks today. good chance.
