i went to mimi's memorial. i didn't know mimi. i thought i would get pictures of her cats, to make an adoption post, but they weren't at home. i get anxious in crowds, and mimi was very well liked. one of my dog friends john who also plays horn played a kaddish. i spoke with a guy who asked what i do and i said my name and i work with dogs, and he said you're the dog psychologist? -they mentioned you in the church. i said i'm interested in dog-people psychology, but that was another dog doug. i didn't know mimi, or her dog. but i could have. i wonder if the cats know what became of mimi.
