when obomba's in town
and military po-po's guard spider bridge.
what if they take me
for terrorist, with my dog
running free and my camera hanging on his leash around my neck
which could be a wee bomb,
but we suck it up
and pass the blue light ignoringly
relieved to be crossing
the machine river.
