the laboratory kids had a protest wall briefly during black lives matter, until it was trashed by fascists, and then cleaned off. now the kids don't protest for black or palestinian lives and that saddens me. and the free palestine encampment. i miss it. and they erased from the river to the sea. even the graffiti under the train tracks. gone. i wonder if the parents got said something to nip it in the bud. i spoke with the art teacher back then and i praised the kids but i haven't seen the teacher, and the kids now only write stop throwing garbage on the sidewalk and even that is fading day by day. remember that song, still feel gone? i try to keep a record of the protest that's disappearing and think peace and not despair in the forsaken country.
