when are two different things the same and when are two things that are the same different. as it gets more complex it gets more difficult to focus. it's bewildering. figures in a landscape that was a park, that is being altered before our eyes. and the figures seem captured in the altered landscape. the landscape is abstracted, again. so that it is difficult to imagine what it was before. was there a before? and a before the before? there is no end to it. the feeling is endless. the observer from a window above is drawn to the abyss. the observer in the window wants to capture the fleeting changes in pictures. instead, the observer feels captured.
