penny lu was a foster cat. she came here 17 years ago with her 4 siblings. 2 died and 2 were adopted, and penny was the last one. r. thought she was a fiery boy. r. had a cat and was a foster mom. the person who adopted penny returned her 6 months later with fleas and worms saying she was a bad cat. she was in the euthanasia room and somebody recognized her and called r. and r. went right over and got her back and she's been here ever since. she's an exceptionally good cat.
