you know, nelson, some of my best conversations are either with or about dogs. it just seems to naturally go there with me. of course i've always been rather shy, and i find dogs to be a good blend of shyness and gregariousness that tends to balance well and be a very pleasant inducement to passing the time of day in a more meaningful way than i often find small talk with humans, don't you? now with humans, i find talking about dogs makes them light up, or sometimes well up, and generally brings out the better part of their nature, for humans can be pretty cussed sometimes. hey, i'm sorry but i can't help notice, what is that crust on your nose? what crust?
