if there's a good thing about donnie-john it's that he shows us that a fundamentally corrupt and criminal system will eventually turn against and destroy itself. he shows us that the system can no longer function as even a quasi-democracy. he shows us how dangerous our habits, our system, our arrogance has become. he threatens all of us with the power we surrendered long ago under the false hope of a lesser bi-partisan evil. the bad thing is that the system had to turn so resolutely against us. our awakening, if it comes, may be too late.
