lovely morning on the island. i tried to be mellow and reduce the intensity for copp. he's getting arthritic and we worry about him. but it's hard. we will though, try to reduce and continue and flow quiet into old age. i'm stiff too. in conversation too. got all intense with jean and friend in the japanese garden. shame. sorry guys. but we did walk mellow. calm and the officious dog company went in the periphery.
